In particular this quote:
Based on the 254 volts I'm getting here, I'm roughly paying about $1,200 more for my electricity each year than I need to.
Which seems to be a reference to the fact that higher grid voltages are causing people higher bills.
Given this guy has apparently started a company selling devices to "burn off" excess voltage, as is my understanding of the wording of it? Kind of sounds like a scam in the making.
