Looks like a new Chinese iteration on the older style of Wago that the Chinese manufacturers made knockoff a pass-through version of. Wago made a pass-through on the clear 221 probably in response to the knockoff pass-through ones from China. But this new one is not keyed to block plugging it in incorrectly.
