Arduino Design in EAGLE. Can I mod for my application?

Hello everyone.

This is my first post on this Forum.

My question is..

There is an Arduino Mega design included in the examples in EAGLE, and I would like to know if I can modify it to suit my needs as I don't need everything that is on there for my project to work.

So basically I think that if I erase everything that is not connected to anything on my project it will still work. Is that correct?

I'm pretty sure you can modify the project to suit your needs. Whether it will work after removing some parts, well that's something you will need to discover :-)

If you provide more detail about what your project does, and what parts you think you might end up removing, then someone might be able to offer advice about whether that will be a good idea/worthwhile.
