TCA9854A Eagle lib

I was not able to locate  any Eagle package for the
TI  TCA9548A  TSSOP24 component. (8-Channel I2C Switch )

Before attempting to make the package, which would be a first for me,
I would like to know if anybody  has it already, or at  least a close
one that I could start with.

The TSSOP24 if I'm not mistaken is available in the ref-lib or what they call it in this version, then you just make the symbol and connect the symbol pin names to the footprint pins(that are numbered).
