I have ground plain on a board. I need to have a copper pour added. How can I do that?

Second pour is made the same way as the first pour.
If it is completely within the first it will repel the first.
If they overlap the you need to mark one of them first.

The "rank" parameter of a polygon will determine which of overlapping polygons will take precedence over a given area...
