Eagle.exe stopped working

I installed the latest free, limited version of Eagle PCB design software. But, after the installation, the eagle is not running and I'm getting the error like eagle.exe has stopped working. I use windows 10 OS.

What could have gone wrong?

What exactly is the latest version and how do you expect help if you offer no information?
