Import Excellon?

Does anyone have a ULP to import an existing drill file (Excellon, I think.)It seems like it would be really handy for creating daughterboards for projects for which you have only "gerbers."And much simpler than the gerber import ULP (which, despite mentioning various common drill file extensions, does not seem to work,)

For the relatively simple board I was interested in, it turned out to be pretty trivial to semi-manually edit (keyboard macros) the .drl file into a .scr eagle script, deleting the small vias that I wasn't interested in.
