Multiple supplies with different names from same source - how?

Hi,
.
I have a design with 3 ICs that each require a +5V supply. However, the packages have different names for the supply pins: V+, VDD and VCC. I am using an 7805 to generate a regulated +5V. How can I connect the three different types of +5V? After hours of searching, all I've found is to use a zero ohm resistor or a short. That seems a bit kludgy and I'm sure I'm missing something. I'm just learning Eagle.

I've attached a section of the schematic to illustrate what I mean.

You... can't rename the pins?  I don't get it.

The ICs are from managed libraries and so are read only. I'd have to create a copy and rename the pins. But I'd rather keep the names the manufacturer provides so I don't get confused months down the road or confuse someone else. It seems like I'd be getting into a bad habit which I'd like to avoid.

If just changing the pin name is pretty much what everyone does, then I'll do that.

wire the ICs supply pins to you 5V supply instead of relying on the terrible idea of hidden power pins

Then I run into another problem. One of the ICs is a 74ACT574N 8-bit flip/flop and the supply pins don't show up on the schematic. They are shown in the device view in the library, though (attached). That's why I created hidden supplies. I'm sure I'm missing something simple.

In the end, the only good solution is to create your own devices (symbols and footprints).
Everything else creates frustration and error.
I understand that this is not what you want to hear. Creating your own libs takes considerable time at the beginning.

I haven't used Eagle in eons, but as far as remember, right click the symbol in the schematic and click "invoke" it'll let you place the power pins on the schematic
