The dimension in the datasheet is given with the comma and what it represents? I have attached the image. Tanq in advance

In some places it's common notation to use a comma as the decimal point rather than a full stop. In this case I would say your pad width is 0.50mm, pad height is 1.10mm and your pad pitch is 1.00mm.
