Hello,

Never used the Eagle, what I'm doing wrong here?

Should be like this print1.png, but looks like print2.png

If it was altium i would say you had the print output set so one of the polygon fill layers was in 'draft' mode instead of 'full' mode.

Dunno how much of that applies to eagle

If you're new to eagle, then why start using it?
Eagle was bought by autodesk about 5 years ago, they changed the licensing, dropped the free version, dropped Linux support, made it much more expensive, moved it to the "cloud", and a few years later they tried to buy altium. Eagle pretty much looks like a dead end to me.

Your PCB shows a date in 2017, so I assume it was made in that time and by someone else. If your main consideration for using eagle is because this PCB was designed in it. Then you can also consider importing it in one of the other programs. Probably several of the programs in the list above can import eagle files. I only have experience with KiCad myself, and it's import of eagle projects is quite good, (but not perfect).

Yes this is the board I want to try to make, it was designed in 2017. I just want to print it using eagle like the correct way with heavy ground planes. I just want to move, change some components.

Tried importing this to target 3001, and only one side of the board has tracks, other none.

Hit the Ratsnest button in the toolbar to fill the polygons before printing.  You can also do this via the Tools menu option, or run the RATSNEST command.

As per the Eagle help

--- Quote ---Please note that polygons in boards will not be automatically calculated when printing via the PRINT command! Only the outlines will be drawn. To print polygons in their calculated shape you have to use the RATSNEST command before printing.
