Traces disappear on gerber

I have a problem where, when I export gerber-files, most of my traces basically disappears and the manufacturer stops the design and says it has no traces. I have no idea of how to fix it. My traces are 0.4064 mm wide with the exception of a thicker one that do show up on the gerber. I get no DRC-errors and my rules are the default.

It would help to know the version of Eagle, the original file, and your traces are much too thin.

I have Eagle in Fusion 360 V2.0.9442. Which file do you mean? My traces are 0.4064 mm.

I also noticed that I get an error when I try to renumber the sheet or create a netlist:

I reinstalled Fusion and it seems to be fixed now!
