Wire pads without drills?
« on: September 03, 2013, 09:25:59 pm »
Hi,

I'm replacing a board which has a row of connectors on one end that are sandwiched into the case and make contact with a row of springs.  To replicate this I'm thinking I'd modify a wirepad to not have a drill but before I make my own - has anyone seen something like this in an already available library?

Thanks
Geoff

Easiest way to do it is make a package using SMD pads at the appropriate size/spacing.

TP* might bring up what you look for.
