[OrCAD CIS] Move components or text to a specific location on schematic sheet?

I'm working on formalizing a schematic template and I want the page titles centered at the top of the page. I'm not seeing a specific move command in the schematic software like Allegro has for the PCB. I tried the command [x 13.8 2] to attempt to move it that way, but no luck.

Is there a way to move something to a specific location in the schematic or simply align an element in reference to the schematic page instead of in reference to another element?

observe the commands
play with commands

It can be done, I just don't know the specifics.
