Anyone have experience with Keysight's MBP or IC-CAP?

As the title suggests, I am looking for people who have experience with either package from Keysight, primarily for BSIM3/4 parameter extraction.

IC-CAP has a lot of examples but the package seems less intuitive than MBP.

I am trying to import some simulated data to act as the measured data and then run a (BSIM) parameter extraction to see if either package can extract the same parameter list as what the simulations were done with. Essentially I am trying to do a verification cycle to see how accurate MBP or IC-CAP are.
