Altium 17 : Length tuning issue

Hello everyone!!

I am facing a strange issue with the interactive length tuning in Altium17. It is showing different lengths in different dialog boxes for the same net.

Well, the Net 21_1 has 62.20mm routed length in the PCB window, 98.909mm in heads up display, and 113.86mm in the length guage. Which one is the actual length??.Can someone suggest what could be the problem. Below is the screenshot....
