Altium / Gerber directly to STL

I'm looking into using my MSLA printer (Elegoo Mars) as a PCB exposing tool.
Unfortunatly, the printer uses a custom file format...

There is a somewhat bothersome way to convert via gerber_to_scad and then scad to stl via the openScad stl export function, but I was wondering if there is a more direct method of exporting STL files of the top layer directly from gerber / altium?
