Colored FR4/G10?

Do any of the prototype-friendly board houses have colored FR4 material?  (not silkscreen - I'm looking for colorants in the actual fiberglass substrate.)

This has been discussed before. TL;DR It's possible but is a special order with MOQ and leadtime from the laminate manufacturer. Certainly not prototype friendly.

This company does non-copperclad coloured laminates if you can find a way to add copper...
