Capacitor usage

Hello,

I have to redesign a chip with different technology.
What is the difference between polylisilicone 1 - polysilicone 2 capacitor vs polysilicon over diffusion capacitor?
Can I use polysilicon over diffusion capacitor(CPOD) instead of polysilicone-polysilicone cap(CPP)?
