JLCPCB FPC Service?

JLC seems to have added "Flex PCB" capability to their site. Seems that flex orders cannot be placed yet but they have stackups listed for 1 and 2 layer FPCs with and without stiffener/EMI shield.

I get some FPC units from JLC, they are good. I don't know how they estimated the cost too much lower than others without compromising the quality. What do you think about that?
