Draw a 555 chip in Geda ?
« on: May 21, 2019, 07:54:44 pm »
I have tried several circuit drawing programs, but Geda seems the easiest.

I want to add a 555 chip but can not figure out how.

I tried add a picture of the chip, but the pic was too small.

Any other ideas?

That should be trivial:
  • Press the “Add component” button;
  • Enter “555” in the filter field;
  • Select the chip;
  • Press “OK” and place the component.
People imagine AI as T1000. What we got so far is glorified T9.
