Equalivent Chip having some confusion

im having some confusion i was going to make a diy design for something i typically use while i'm gaming however the IC chip "SAF1761BE
LV9721.1
10 ZSD19516" is no longer in production would anyone happen to know at all an equalivent chip/an IC that with not much external components i can acheive the same thing?
