Export gerber files from Altium 13

Need help on exporting gerber files from Altium 13. When click on the fabrication of output> gerber files , selecting the bottom layer. Do i need to click to " mirror" the bottom layer ?

And how come my bottom layer  tends to appear as red and not blue when it is exported ?
