Free Gerber Editor / DFM tool

Hi everybody,

I need a DFM software to edit some stencils (gerber files) (shrink/split pads, create bowtie...).
Are there any free/cheap tools available?

I have used a trial version of FAB3000. It was really good, but waaaaaaay too expensive for me as a hobbyist.
