If you are a hobbiest doing fairly simple boards Fritzing is great, easy and intuitive. 

If you need more then you'll need something bigger.

But why ask, there's no money involved, and nothing to lose, so just download Fritzing and see if it meets your needs.

Just kidding. ;) You will find Eagle many orders of magnitude better than Fritzing.

"Easy and intuitive" is for children's toys.
