Getting Artwork onto double sided copper-clad PCB reliably?

Hi!

Can anyone suggest a reliable method of getting these two artworks for a Z80 experimental PCB onto copper-clad board reliably?

I've printed them on toner-transfer paper, mirrored for transfer, but when I tried using a laminator nothing got transferred!

What kind of printer did you use? And did you get any of the toner to stick, or did you end up with bare copper? How did you prep the board before transfer?

Is this eBay china "toner transfer paper?"

Wow, looks like you're having trouble.
I just sent the same note to KL27x.
It's all about the laser print toner and clay coated paper. I think I'm going to start a discussion thread about this.

Hi!

By the time I'd finalised the design for my friend's Z80 boards, JLC were doing a very good value C.N.Y. offer on these designs which worked out at approximately £2.65 per PCB as–delivered price, so I sent the Gerbers away to 'em, but a speaker protection module project from "Electronics Australia" has attracted my interest again, so I'll be looking at this problem afresh later in the year!
