High current - constant current dummy load

Does anyone know of a constant current dummy load that can handle a 9-14 volt, 100 apms.

I need one to test RC lipo batteries.

I don't know of any cheap constant current load boxes which can handle that kinda wattage, but...

A thing you could do is have an array of incandescent bulbs controlled with a few dollars of micro and mosfets(although that that amperage relays may be easier).
Although would also need power resistors for greater accuracy.
