Is there a standard or a guideline on where to put mounting holes in Eurocard-sized PCBs?

Eurocard goes into 19 inch rack, so you only have the -manufacturer specific- holes for the front panel assembly, and the ones for the standard DIN 41612 connector. It is designed to be mounted on slots.
