Hi,
Supposing i want to make Top copper, Top silkscreen, top poaste, etc etc , all invisiable in one go, is this possible?
Or do i have to click each colour square separately?

You can use the keycode "z" and then type in the layer number to show.  For instance... if you want to only see top layer traces and top layer silk screen you would press "z 1 26" and press enter.  Or if you want to see all layers you use "z *".  On a 4 layer board, if you wanted to show only the top/bottom layers with top/bottom silkscreen, use "z 1 4 26 29".  These numbers correspond to the numbers in the "Display Colors" window.
