I designed QFP100 and EQFP64 adapter. using surface mounted pin headers I was able to fit two designs on one PCB. flip it over if you need the other one. QFP is 0.5mm pitch. EQFP is 0.4mm. do you think drag soldering is possible 0.4mm?

Yes it is possible as long as you are having the right tools for this
