Hello Everyone
I am new to PCB design and i am using ORCAD PCB editor and Eagle. The tutorial videos on youtube seem to be fine to start with. Can you suggest me some more tutorials or documentations to start with?
Also, i was looking for standards for designing a PCB but got mixed up. A little help with this too would be really appreciated.

As your in the states, then looking up IPC-7351 should be easy enough.
This is the standard for component footprints, also look at IPC-600\610.
Look up your countries specific EMC and low voltage standards.
