mentor graphics expedition flow 7.9.5

hi guys has any one had any experience with mentor expedition flow 7.9.5 good or bad. If so how does it compare to something like altium 14 i know that altium doesn't have tools for modelling temperature flow over a pcb and a few other tools but i would like someone to give me there thoughts
