@wraper,

what if someone on Swedish customs thinks it's heroin and tries to taste it ?  ;D
UK is still in EU, no customs.

Well, seriously, how do on customs know what's the substance inside the package when coming from outside EU or any other country ? Do they just
believe what's written on the label ? or they simply think... who's that dumb to send drugs over ebay !  ;D Any customs worker on EEVBlog btw ?

What's wrong with NaOH as a developer? What should be used?

Sodium hydroxide is commonly used as a stripper for dry resist. I guess it is obvious why that would be a bad idea to use as a developer.

Hydroxides are used as developer for the positive pre-sensitized boards, if I remember right, but that is a different type of resist.

what does it spritz normally? I remember as cross country passenger in our station wagon, going through New Jersey we sprayed aerosol deodorizer cans that size on rags to our face to make it through. Lots of oil burning flares etc.
