NXP BGA Layout

Hi All,

We had an engineer convert our QFP layout to BGA due to MCU shortage, and now, we have lots of noise on the ADC, USB etc. Heres a screen shot of the MCU - Im worried about the netting of the 3v3 and gnds etc - thin traces etc - what is right/wrong here - how would you guys get stable power and ground into this device?

- Where are the bypass capacitors?
- Split ground is a big no
- Why no ground and power planes?

I'd start by having 1 single ground plane and put power bypass capacitors under the BGA if this is a board with components on both sides. Otherwise put the bypass cap. as close to the BGA as possible.

Yeah as nctnico said, very odd layout.
Agnd and Mcugnd going off where, why is there not a ground plane that they drop directly to with a via.

It looks like at least 4 layer board, wonder what the layers are even being used for.

What is the part number?
Profile -> Modify profile -> Look and Layout ->  Don't show users' signatures
