Haven't used OrCAD  recently - i switched mostly to full *NIX...

where KiCAD with native SPICE is mostly used...

But I have used OrCAD quite a lot .. and PSPICE models  are
always downloaded elsewhere from manufact. sites...

so .. since the early days when PSPICE was a stand alone app..
you ADD MODELS in a PROPERTY DIALOG specific for that...

Component-> menu (properties) -> look for MODEL (or spice ...)

attach the full path to your model  and make sure your paths
are sane inside them... e.g. relative paths and absolute ones
