OrCAD Panel Editor

Is there somebody used OrCad Panel Editor? Does it include any package or separate product?

As per above video and compare to Altium Designer, AD looks like a joke for PCB panelisation, imho

In the US, it's a separate product. Most Orcad/Cadence tools tend to have granular licensing.
