PCB Manufacturing Reshoring examples

Hello to everybody,

I am currently writing my thesis on PCB & PCBA best purchasing practices and general backshoring trend, and am looking for examples of failed reshoring projects by PCB manufacturers in the US or Europe. Very hard to find on the web, I was wondering if the community might have insight on specific board shops that have offshored then backshored production, only to see it could not work in HCCs, and offshored again.
