One more Online eda tool Here
https://www.pcbx.com/
They are trying to combine PCB design+PCB Manufacturing
A new one with a few bugs but worth trying
neillnz:
Here is one for the "other" catergory.
When you want to have a pcb manufactured that cannot be designed with PCB CAD software you can import the design into ACE Translator and it will generate a Gerber for manufacturing, for example from a DXF.

This Company also makes the FAB3000 software that can be used for panelizing and is already in the list. This is a companion product.
Now you may ask what sort of PCB cannot be designed with PCB CAD software? Well, one like this, which is a reproduction of a 40 year car instrument cluster flexible circuit board, check out them curves:
This was "designed" by digitally tracing a scan of an orginal.

Free/open source EDA suite: Ringdove EDA - http://www.repo.hu/projects/ringdove
Schematics editor (sch-rnd), PCB editor (pcb-rnd), gerber viewer (camv-rnd) and some more. Small and quick with mininal dependencies.
Source and precompiled binaries for Linux and Windows are available.
Also loads gEDA, KiCAD, eagle, Orcad, altium, EasyEDA, tinycad and some more.
cunningfellow:
I really liked pcb-rnd when I was using it along with gEDA schematic. I stepped away and when I came back kicad had made great strides and I moved over to it.
It is good to see it has expanded to be a complete suite.
