of cloud only "service"   instead of traditional
workstations...

wrapping the whole development to their infra structure..

Combine that subscription with their licenses
and  AWS servers..  bingo! no more private projects..

The AWS sniffers  I doubt will be a cloud exception

judging their move to AWS I am assuming everybody else
is likely to use their facilities..  a subscription or other
model of service rent.

and may be I am wrong assuming they will let their customers
access their  IP  outside such facilities ...

But with such big move that vast amount of IP and money
most likely will not be available outside that fence..

Perhaps I may be wrong..  and customers will
have outside access to their IP ?

or without that  facilities...
