Searching for an old OrCAD Netlister

About two years ago, I came across an OrCAD netlister for PADS. It was written in an older version of VB4. I found it on a small forum and have not been able to relocate it. If memory serves, it was just a single DLL.

It was nice because it worked perfectly with modern versions of PADS and was quite flexible with the data it allowed to be inserted into the netlist.

Familiar to anyone?
