Silkscreen over PTH pad is OK?

Hi,
I have a few silkscreen letters which i used for info only during layout......some lie over PTH pads which have  no solder resist on them.....will this be OK?.....the Fab house will just "not print" those bits that are over non_solder_resist_covered_PTH_pads?

No guarantee, but most fab shops will clip the silkscreen against the solder mask layer, yes.
