I would like to be able to simulate a power supply circuit using the integrated JT3028 and the SG6841 component, I am using the Orcad Cadence program.

The second one falls the category of "patented" obscure
new features from elsewhere.

Hardly you will a have a "model" of such patented stuff.

Exception - and worth noted - is all  the LINEAR (now ANALOG)
patented and totally crypto models bundled in LTSpice.

They do work - although the models are encrypted and only
LTSpice can handle them

Last fallback is all the normal regular fully backed stuff
( best example tje good fit all 494 or UC38xx )  which already
has dozen of clones and models (PSPICE mostly) available.

IMHO?  go LTSPICE ones or fallback trusty open stuff
far more reliable the last alternative

I am getting sick of these new patented worthless shit
they consume time effort and they fail more than the others.

Trusty stuff are more reliable
