pcb touch key - simple realization

Hello,
I want to create a simple pcb with a sensor and a mcu to read and display the measured value.
For this I need one button, I would like to make this on the pcb with a touch surface. Are there any design rules or tips?
Would be very thankful for any advice...

TI, Microchip and Atmel have reference designs for capacitive touch buttons and sliders. Check their websites for app notes and schematics.
