Hello,
I want to design a SFP 10gbit module.
But I don't know what is the minimum width track for signal pins.
Would you tell me its minimum track width?
thanks

At a quick guess there are two lobes of a Venn diagram here:
1. Minimum width is what your PCB manufacturer can support.
2. Actual width will depend on how close your ground plane is and the impedance you need for the high speed.
