Yet another Eagle to KiCad converter

This is a standalone program that converts a Cadsoft Eagle V7 & V6 library to a KiCad equivalent (*.dcm, *.lib, *.kicad_mod),
symbols and footprints, including the attributes.
Thought it could be useful for people that want to make the switch.
