Currently, the Pi Hut has the RPi 4 in 4GB and 8GB, the Pi Pico, the RPi 400...
The CM4 is completely sold out though in all configurations.

What's the closest mainstream (not sketchy alibaba only) equivalent to the CM4 module?

I've seen SOMs for NXP's IMX 8/6 line also TI 's Sitara 3x, 5x and 6x lines. low cost options using the rockchip stuff eg rock pi.
