What's the closest mainstream (not sketchy alibaba only) equivalent to the CM4 module?

I've seen SOMs for NXP's IMX 8/6 line also TI 's Sitara 3x, 5x and 6x lines. low cost options using the rockchip stuff eg rock pi.
