STM32H743VIT6 Black Board
« on: October 26, 2019, 08:01:26 pm »
It's now possible to purchase STM32H743VIT6 development boards at quite a low price from China, but I am having a hard time finding any documentation like circuit diagrams, example code, etc, despite vendors saying they are available.

Does anyone have any URLs from which these could be downloaded, or other pointers, please?

I've now got a blinky working for it using STM32CubeIDE. I guess the rest should be easy. :-DD

[Gripe on] Why can't STM release software that works? I tried using STM32CubeIDE on a Mac, only to find out that you can't run programs with it - it looks for the elf file in a location that mixes Mac / directory separators with Windows \ ones. It's very clear no one even gave this the rudimentary test of "build a project, program it into a device and run it". I'm shocked that the quality control is so awful at a company which is supposed to be one of the big players. If their attention to software quality is this awful, what can their hardware be like? Oh, I see, a 39 page errata sheet for the STM32H743. How can anyone take them seriously? [Gripe off].  :palm: :-//
