Buying a Microsemi/Microchip Libero lisense

Buying Microsemi licenses has never been easy, but since Microchip bought them it got really ridiculous...
I need to renew a license with two seats. Arrow sent me first an offer with only one seat, and needed 10 days to update it with two seats, stating problems between their order management system and Microchip's. Now that I sent the order, this is the confirmation I received:

3 weeks to generate a license? And a renewal even? 
I hope I get it hand engraved on a marble slab with gold plating.

I could order directly on Microchip Direct and bypass Arrow, but as far as I know you don't get the license directly either but get contacted by a distributor that will happily generate it for you, so I'm not sure it will be any faster. Has anyone any experience with that?

You can buy and manage licences without a distributor on Microchip Direct.

The licence file is then emailed to you directly from Microchip.
