[Solved]Cannot download Quartus II web edition

I'm trying to download Quartus II web edition 13.1 and the links on the Intel download page don't go anywhere just return javascriptvoid(0). Is the download site broken ?
This seems to work  :palm:
download.altera.com/akdlm/software/acdsinst/13.1/162/ib_tar/Quartus-web-13.1.0.162-windows.tar
