Hi,

It's a classic Zed Board from Xilinx (and can be used as such if you want) in nice meta enclosure and a FMC addon with SDR functions. It includes filter banks for interference rejections which most SDR do not.
It has GNURadio drivers (or at least did at one point, I haven't checked if they're maintained, but a couple years ago I was able to use it just fine).
